That's awesome! Think of all the discounts you can get. :D

I love it.

Hey in this day and age, that card is like a golden ticket. Have you seen how much it costs to get into a movie nowadays?! Ridiculous.

Seriously, think of all the perks. You can eat super cheap at IHOP. And, get in amusement parks at the toddler rate. Good for you, J!

Hey, a discount is a good thing, no matter your age! Enjoy!

See it as a badge of honor, perhaps??

oh that's so cute!

i remember when my dad turned 55...he was SO excited because he could finally take advantage of the double Canadian Tire money deal they give to seniors at Canadian Tire!

wonderful !!ha ha.
I remember ordering my first "honored citizens" meal.

I was not excited - more like I was in shock.

Discounts are never bad.
:)
Try to look at it that way.

Discounts are great. And you made it to 55 with four kids. Your not a senior citizen, you are a survivor!!!

My brain aches, and I'm 35. What happens when I am a senior? I'm pretty sure my brain will be completely gone.

Woohoo, you don't get older, things just get cheaper!

I agree with AFF, think of ALL THE PERKS!! You're only as old as you feel (err wait, that's maybe not so good since I feel 50 already).

You'd have fit in beautifully at the Springsteen concert I went to last night. (BRUCE!) I was amazed that I was surrounded by older people. Oh, yeah, me too.

ok... in the interest of total disclosure, i dont turn THAT AGE until december (the 9th, in case you need extra time to shop and stuff!)

but the waitress let me fill out the form early AND then gave me the discount. i NEVER look a gift discount in the mouth. ;-)
