Welcome to your new home!
Julie at Another Chance Ranch and Tiggerlane, who really isn't a Neophyte Blogger anymore, are building new homes. And Swampy is our hostess today for the world's most rockin'est housewarming party.

Okay I am all for the SHARING right now. After all we should share with our friends ladies. Coffee and Chocolate? They are right up there with Wine time.

That coffee will go well with my expresso gift to Tigger and Julie can sit in her new rockers on her porch seeping coffee and nibbling chocolate. Mmmmm.....great idea.

What an exceptional gift, goes with everything, and makes everyone jealous. Okay, the last part really isn't a good thing, but it's just everyone would like that kind of gift, unless they don't like coffee or chocolate, then they are just in need of trading for tea and crumpets.
