Hulagirl is our hostess for Fun Monday this week. She is obviously holding onto the past a smidge -- based on what she has asked us to do this week:We all have at least one or two items of clothing that we can’t part with, even if we can’t or don’t wear them. I want to know about yours. Show us if you have pictures or describe it in detail. Model it for us if you dare.Well, long ago, in a blogalaxy far far away, Willowtree asked us about clothing art.
And I told the story about this jacket:
I also have a dress that I wore as a baby, but as luck would have it, I canNOT find the blasted thing in the disaster that is our garage. Perhaps I will post it someday when I can FIND the blasted thing.
Insert heavy sigh here ... and then go visit the other Fun Monday folk.

For some reason, I missed your Bugs Bunny jean jacket when we did WT's clothing art. Your jacket is very nice. I would love to see the baby dress too.
Janet? One word....AWESOME!!!!
The size of the art bunny is an impressive quality and SIZE. The size makes it super special.
Now thata's one big rabbit and one cute jacket !
Don't you just hate it when you can't find something? I will visualize where I think it is, hoping it will materialize...never works.
I love the Bugs jacket.
I still have the previously mentioned white graduation dress (my grandmother made it). HOpefully the Queen can wear it someday.
I also have a couple of baby dresses that I didn't discover until the Queen was already too big for them.
I bet you were really popular in the 80's with that coat!
All I can say is "What's up Doc?"
hee hee
(I couldn't find the item that I planned to write about so I didn't play)
Great jacket! At least you tried to find your baby dress. I didn't even TRY to dig out any of my old clothes.
Hee hee that jacket is fabulous. :D
I remember those jackets, but I never had one.
Thanks for digging and playing along! Love the bunny. Much nicer than the one that was eating my cucumber plants yesterday morning.
I think I remember that! FUN!!
Wow, that's a big rabbit! That jacket looks so comfortable...
Ahahaha! That's awesome! I used to wear a bright pink satin jacket with my name stitched on it. I still have it somewhere.
That. is. awesome! Growing up, my brother used to paint on the back of jean jackets as well :)
I (who was deprived of any artistic jeans) took a sharpie to a pink jacket and wrote "Pink Ladies" on the back.
So... are the rat dogs strung up in chains in the dungeon, er, basement?
Cool jacket. I wuv Bugs Bunny.
Cool denim jacket! I love Looney Tunes … and Bugs Bunny! I’ve got a friend with Mickey Mouse on her denim jacket … and I’ve got Chico’s ‘parrot logo’ on one of mine that I’ve not worn for years. I’ve shared at Small Reflections today!
Hugs and blessings,
I love jean jackets. Yours is fuzzy and cool.
I can see why you smile every year when it gets cool enough to dig in the closet and come upon this jacket. It has a high cool factor. do you ever have trouble with your teens mooching it?
