Haiku Friday: the treat without the trick edition

Haiku Friday

Roo likes Halloween
even though she's so grown up.
But this year she's sad.

A Friday night trick
has taken the treat away:
Football games come first.

Damn she's good! Wish I could do that. I, J, never filled your comments with spam or an attempt to make money. I lef "the want to buy me for a night" spam on the other Janet's blog. :)

WOW! Roo has a great toe-touch!

Happy Halloween and check out my site for a cool giveaway! (Yes, I am shamelessly plugging it!)

It is always a little sad when the year comes that they can no longer be among the the treaters. When the girls transitioned from going out collecting candy to passing out the candy I knew a chapter in my life was complete.

Enjoy the game tonight. Roo rocks in the toe touch department, and so does mom in the photography departmen.

I wish I could say my legs have never been that spread apart.....

I'd have to close my eyes watching her. That sort of stuff scares me. I watch Ken's hockey games through my fingers.

Awesome photo! Here the town trick or treats on the Thursday before the Friday night football game.

Word verification says:

Great photo! Making the transition out of trick-or-treating would be strange.

Buy her several bags of candy! That will make up for it. Great photo!!

Perfect form, that girl.
But yeah, growing up sucks.

Great picture!

I wish I could still do that. Nope, instead I'll just eat my kids' candy;)

oh it's so sad when commitments have to come before being a kid and having fun. hehehehe

When my son complains about that, I tell him welcome to the real world. lmao I'm mean though

I just noticed you still have the versary button up. Loves her some Janet. I think Roo will be too busy to miss the fun.
