2. It was this:
1. Mom, I HAVE to go to school tomorrow. No matter what I say, no matter how sick I am, no matter how much I whine, do NOT let me convince you to let me stay home.
Ah, the joys of watching the baby birds fly from the nest with a sense of personal responsibility.
*edited to add: She had a math test and a mandatory cheer practice. No boys involved!!*

Oh, no, there's a BOY.
ROFLMAO @ Mr. Lady's comment.
Your daughter has such lovely hair, btw. Just sayin' :-)
Yeah, I'm in agreement with Mr. Lady. There's something like that going on...but maybe not. Here's hoping...
I love that she admits fully to trying to weasel her way out of going.
Now THAT is a lovely, young lady.
Maybe there was a big test she needed to be sure to take. Or a boy.
What an interesting approach. I'm also intrigued by the necklace. Is that REALLY the pull tab from a soda can?
Just gorgeous:)
Awww! No matter what you say I say boy. ;) As for the soda tab, freak out once it's no longer around her neck!!
I meant to say this too, but I've said it a ton of times! She is stunning!!!
Oh oh. That is wonderful. I would've played hooky!
Also, how weird is it that we share an anniversary & our hubby's bdays are four days apart, while ours are about 10 days apart? Odd, eh?
You mean you're not an ogre mom, and can be swayed into letting a child ditch school? ;)
why is she wearing a pop top around her neck???
Haha, wow. I'm impressed. Seriously. I have to kind of agree with Mr. Lady though...at least slightly.
My first thought was BOY too! But that is because I know how i was at that age. I would have given up every boy to be a cheerleader.
LOL! Maybe it is secretly a boy! I know that used to be my ONLY reasoning for going to school.
MAYBE she met an Edward.
Awww, she's such a beauty.
