Given what I remember you posting about Jack, are we supposed to offer condolences or congratulations?

If some black-handed varmint hadn't smacked Jack upside the head he would probably still be alive.

I'm sorry in advance if this comment is irreverent.

I've had recurring nightmares about having fish this big in my aquarium die and I have to dispose of them. I'm ok with scooping out a little goldfish and ceremoniously flushing him, but one the size of Jack?! *shudders* I don't envy you that job! *shudders violently and twitches*

We had an oscar that committed fish suicide by jumping out of his tank. I went out to get my newspaper one Sunday morning. When I sat down at the kitchen table to have my coffee and read my paper, I discovered that fish under my bare feet.

It was tragic. I'm sorry you lost your pet.
