The dog really looks guilty!! Haha.. and what a lovely rose shot!
I think stuffing mannicotti is a family job. I did that once and it was way to much work for me. I'd rather have noodles with cheese on the side and sauce if you want it. But, if I had a lot of helpers it would be much more fun.

I made manicotti for 50 for Jo's graduation party. I did it all by myself and worked till midnight getting things ready for the party. Of the 50 possible (and 35 expected) guests, 15 showed. I still have manicotti in the freezer. I don't even like manicotti that much. Wait, have I told this story before? If I have, it just goes to show how traumatic it all was. (For me anyway. Jo didn't care.) BUT I love the photo of Roo making the manicotti.
I'm in a slump, too. I need to get out and take some pics.
